Emo Majok

Emo has come a long way considering the first years of his life were spent fleeing war in Ethiopia & Sudan, becoming the charming refugee cracking jokes about daily life in Perth’s northern suburbs, fatherhood and family life. Earlier this year Emo teamed up with buddy Joe White to perform a string of shows at Perth Fringe, before winning the WA state final of Raw Comedy and going on to perform for over 3000 people in the Melbourne 2018 Comedy Festival. Catch Emo live to giggle your way through his stereotype-smashing tales and relatable punch lines as he becomes the next loveable face of Perth comedy...........

Aliya Kanani

 As a standup comedian, Aliya has enjoyed performing on major stages around the world, in Australia, Europe, South Africa, USA and Canada. She recently took part in the prestigious  Johannesburg International Comedy Festival and was invited to join the residency at the Steele City Arts Foundation. 

Her award-winning solo show, ‘Where You From, From?’, debuted with sold out shows at the Melbourne International Comedy Festival, and went on to sell out the complete run of the Just for Laughs Festival in the same year! She continued to tour her show internationally, including sell out shows at Fringe World festival in Perth, Sydney Comedy Festival and Edinburgh Fringe. She recently won ‘Best of Fest’ at Ottawa Fringe and ‘Patron’s Pick’ at Toronto Fringe. Aliya is now on tour with her new solo show ‘Wine + Yoga’, with invitations to festivals in Australia, Canada and USA this year!

Frankie Marcos 

Along with bringing over the aforementioned International headliners Emo and Aliya. Frankie is an international headliner in his own right. Frankie Marcos is from the San Francisco Bay Area. Splitting from living in the Bay and Los Angeles, he’s now  international. Working at Comedy Clubs across the US, Canada, Mexico, Australia, and Southeast Asia. Frankie has worked with Taylor Tomlinson, Michael Che, Nicole Byer, and more. In 2019, he placed 6th overall in the San Francisco International comedy competition out of 32 comedians. Frankie has been in the New York Comedy Festival, SF Sketchfest, Perth Fringe, Adelaide Fringe, and Melbourne International in Australia, and the Edinburgh Fringe in Scotland in 2023. He will be touring Australia and Southeast Asia from January until early April. When return to California, he will be headlining at the San Jose Improv on April 24th, 2024, followed by two shows at Chocolate Sundaes at Laugh Factory Hollywood on Cinco De Mayo.
